Milla Jovavic, star of the Resident Evil film franchise, has spill the beans via Twitter. She confirmed that the character Leon Kennedy will be making his debut in the film franchise after long being rumored. Chris and Claire Redfield won’t be in this installment because they apparently will be guests of honor in the Umbrella Corp. holding facilities.
Shawn Roberts will be back as Albert Wesker, who seems to have survived his last encounter with Alice in RE: Afterlife. Also making its film debut is the Las Plagas Parasite from the Resident Evil 4 storyline. The will be a major action sequence set in Moscow’s Red Square and there will be a big fight scene with Jill Valentine (Sienna Guillory).
RE: Retribution goes before cameras on October 16.
