Since December, faux studio Moby Dick has been teasing the game entitled The Phantom Pain.  It featured a main character that looked eerily like Big Boss from Metal Gear Solid.  Today at a conference at GDC, Hideo Kojima and his Kojima Production staff unveiled the Fox Engine along with the announcement Metal Gear Solid 5.  The game is revealed to be Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain combined (whatever that means).

Kojima and crew showed off some gameplay which utilizes the photo realistic and physics of the Fox Engine.  A curious thing that the trailer revealed is the absence of David Hayter as the voice of Snake and Big Boss. I really hope the voice is a place holder and it’s another one of Kojima’s tricks.  More details will be revealed at E3 and that’s were we might finally hear David Hayter’s voice again.

Although the game was running on a PC, no word yet on what platform the game will be released on.  So what do you guys think of the trailer?
