It’s just about the worst-kept secret in the galaxy that the original leads of the Star Wars Trilogy are all but set to appear, in some capacity, in JJ Abrams’s upcoming Episode VII, with even series mastermind George Lucas saying that Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, and Harrison Ford are set to reprise their most famous roles for the highly anticipated sequel.

With Mark and Carrie letting slip that they’re in negotiations, only Harrison Ford (well, and Billy Dee Williams) has remained silent on the subject- until now. Speaking with WGN in Chicago, Harrison Ford, the one and only Han Solo, said:

“I think it’s almost true. I’m looking forward to it. It’s not in the bag yet, but I think it’s happening.”

I guess that means they’re approaching the end of negotiations, confirming what we already knew, that Han, Leia, and Luke, still have at least one more adventure left in them. Now we just need to hear from Billy Dee, the handsomest man this side of The Maw.

That was a Star Wars reference. Only the cool kids, like me, know the position of the Maw, relative to Bespin and Corellia.
