I had no Idea this film was rated R. Thanks to the Red Band trailer for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, we get to see that the movie will contain some stylized slicing and dicing of some vampires accompanied by some blood and gore. I am glad to see that some film studios aren’t shying away from R-rated projects in the summer when PG-13 spectacles are the norm. With this film, Prometheus and The Expendables 2, it gives me hope that studios will take more chances.
If only Sony had the balls to make Total recall rated R, then we could truly call this the return of the muture blockbuster films. Do you guys remember True Lies and the first three Die hard films? Rated R masterpeices baby. Checck out the trailer and tell me what you think.
