Now we know fully what November will be like for the next gen consoles. We can expect to see the PS4 in stores on November 15 and now Microsoft has announced its release date of the X-Box One which will be the 22nd. Sony somehow lived up to its promise of not being the last console out the gate as they were with the Playstation 3. Well they only have a week head start so let’s see how much of an impact that will have on sales.
The Xbox One will be available in 13 territories, including North America and the UK. Xbox marketing executive Yusuf Mehdi has confirmed that the console’s CPU has been boosted from 1.6 GHz to 1.75 GHz. If I’m not mistaken, that puts their processing speed slightly above Sony. However, the PS4 has the X-Box beat in memory which is 8GB GDDR5. More memory has been on the many request from game developers going into next gen.
The X-Box One costs $500 and includes a new Kinect sensor, voice chat headset, controller, HDMI cable, power supply, and Quick Start guide.Cool Posts Around The Web:
